"Mom, It's NOT a dozer, It's a BACKHOE!"

Adam came over and helped us remove the old sidewalk and some stumps from our Lot. Can you imagine how excited Ryley was to spend his day riding in a Back Hoe? I'm sure he dreamt about DIRT, DIGGING DIRT and HEAVY EQUIPMENT all night long.

Earlier that morning I had made the mistake of telling Ryley that he needed to get dressed so that he could ride with Uncle Adam in dozer. I was quickly corrected by the little turd bird.

After they got the sidewalk dug out, Ryley got to ride with his dad in the Bobcat while they hauled it away. Could a little boy ask for any more excitement in one day?

***Note*** Ryley does not wear these glasses all the time, they are just for reading.
HA HA HA ;-)

Time to Make the Coffee...Every.Single.Night

Every night Ryley helps Dad get the coffee pot ready to start in the morning.

"Watch me makin' coffee, Mom!"
" You have to open up this 'pfinger thing" to put the coffee in."

"See Mom!?

"Now me is pourin' in da water for da coffee!"

I'd like to make it known that I don't even know how to make coffee.

Again, the little turd knows way too much.

Are you Ready for some Football?

Devin (#69) is playing 5th/6th Grade Tackle Football in Wahpeton. We have been busy chasing for practices and games. Thankfully we are able to carpool with The Moen's and The Myers'.

The boy's have an 0-2 record so far - they are playing well and having fun...isn't that what's most important anyway?

Here is Devin tackling some kid on the black team.

Devin's BIG cousin Tyler is at the game...watching...and wrestling Ryley.

Labor Day 2008

Today we took the kids to the Annual Mooreton Labor Day Parade. They have all attended since they were babies. Fun to watch how much they've grown from year to year.
